Junior Premier Team

Maree/Oranmore FC Adult mens A side who ply their trade in the top Premier League made it two wins from two with an excellent 5-0 win at home last Thursday to Galway Hibernians. This follows on an opening win in the Premier League against a strong Loughrea side. The goalscorers in the Hibs game were Steven Matthews(2), Mike Lafferty(2) and Reg Ahiable. Next up on Saturday at 2pm is a home tie against Salthill Devon FC.

Registration

Parents are reminded to ensure their sons from u11 to u17/u18 are registered as League and Cup games commence this week.You are asked to simply download the app Clubify and proceed,it is an excellent tool for all club communications. If you do not register, you can not play.

U13 Premier

Meanwhile the clubs U13 Premier side had a very beneficial workout against Ennis based side Avenue Utd in torrential rain in a good game in Oranmore last Saturday. The U13 Premier side start their League properly on Wednesday September 6th with a home tie against Salthill Devon.

Under 12's

On Tuesday 5th Maree/Oranmore play in the u12 Division 1 v Kinvara utd and the u12 division 5 side travel to face Knocknacarra FC in Cappagh Park.

Other Fixtures

Next sunday sees our u17/u18 youths Premier side host Mervue at 2pm while the Junior Reserves face Galway Hibs. The u16s open their season with an away Irish Cup fixture v Corrib Celtic.
