Connacht Cup 2019/20

The Connacht FA are completing their underage cup competitions for 2019/20, our u12 boys play Knock/Kiltimagh Utd away while our u18s are away to Manulla FC.

Maree Oranmore FC AGM

The Maree/Oranmore fc club AGM will be held on Wednesday July 29th at 8pm in the Maree Community Centre Card Hall. All parents and adult players are invited to attend as exciting times with a new 4g Pitch beckon for our club and community. Social distancing applies at meeting.

Development Draw Winners

The monthly Club Development Draw took place last Wednesday, First Prize went to Sean Horsman, Second Prize went to Sharon Mc Cluskey while third prize went to Collette Holmes. You can join our Members Draw to help fund the 4g Development for a little over 4 euro weekly by contacting Fergus on 087 2457626.

Pitch Advertising

Maree/Oranmore FC are selling perimeter advertising around the ground for 10 years and the naming rights for the new facility. For Perimeter advertising and a good deal contact David on 087 9825136, for Pitch naming rights contact Martin on 087 9806489. This week should see the commencement of the laying of the pitch surface from SIS pitches. We appreciate community support in all our efforts as this is a sporting initiative for all the youth in Maree and Oranmore.

Return to Training

This Thursday July 23rd sees the return to Grass Training of our Premier, Div 3 and u21 squads at 7.30pm on New Maree Pitches (at rear of Maree Centre). Our u21 squads are made up of lads born in 2000, 2001 and 2002. Delighted that Brendan O Connor will look after our adult Premier Squad for the new season 2020/21 and the existing management team from last year is further improved on.

Summer Camp

Maree/Oranmore fc are hoping to hold a club camp in August with restricted numbers and booking only online, this is our first summer camp organised and hosted by our club. Further details on our facebook page in next few days.
