The season is just commencing for Galway Clinic sponsored local community based soccer club Maree/Oranmore fc.

2019/20 Registration

Parents are reminded that their children cannot play unless they are registered, this can be done by downloading the Clubzap App. The App is our way of communicating to you so please can All parents, guardians download the App.

Once downloaded, select the "MyClub" option then "Membership" and select the appropriate membership package.

Adult Teams

At adult level Maree/Oranmore FC would like to thank sincerely the following local businesses for sponsoring Training Tops for our Adult Premier A, Division 3 and u20/u21 sides namely Mor Oil, H and C Financial Services and Castle Street Barbers. Alongside the Porterhouse, Oranmore who support our adult Football Programme.

In the opening Premier A game of the season in Fahys Field,Maree/Oranmore fc despite an excellent second half performance went down 4-1 to a very strong Mervue outfit on Sunday morning last.There were strong performances from Malachy Black, Sean Delany, Jack Morrissey, Chris O Dowd, Daniel O Neill and the excellent Eoghan McDonagh, the goal coming from a penalty courtesy of Chris O Dowd.

Next up on Wednesday is a home tie against St Bernards Utd followed on Sunday with an away tie against Loughrea while the Adult Div 3 side host Corrib Rangers on Saturday in Oranmore at 2pm.

Academy

Please note our Academy Boys and Girls (u6 to u10) return to training in Oranmore on Saturday September 14th. Keep an eye of facebook for scheduled training times. Well done to Academy player Matthew Herrick who represented Maree Oranmore FC as a mascot at the recent Galway Utd v Cork City Cup Match in Eamonn Deacy Park

Competitive Boys

This weekend sees our u13, u15 and u18 boys sides in competitive action.

Competitive Girls

On Sunday next the u12 girls host Moyne Villa at 10.30am while the u13 and u15 Boys sides are in action on Saturday.

Maree/Oranmore fc would sincerely like to sympathise with the Costello and Cormican families on their recent sad bereavements.
