Registration
Registration is now open for all age groups from u5 up to and including our adult sides. This can simply be done by downloading the Clubify App and registering with the Club. Parents are asked to keep the app on their phone as club news/updates will be communicated via the app.
Training
Training for all our age groups will fully recommence next week after the holiday period, details will be communicated via the Clubify app and on club facebook page. All existing, past and new players especially from the Maree and Oranmore communities are welcome. General club enquiries to Club Hon Secretary on 087 9806489.
Juniors
Our adult Premier and Reserve teams are back training for some weeks with Shane Keegan assisting Club Director of Coaching Mike Quirke with preseason training. Our new Premier Manager hopefully will be unveiled this week. Our club would like to thank outgoing manager Emlyn Long for the outstanding job done for the last two years which included promotion to the top flight. The adult Premier side will take part in the Preseason Kevin Keane Tournament organised by St Bernards Utd this week. The opening game will take place on wed august 8th v Merlin Woods fc in Abbeyknockmoy ko 8pm. There will be further games on Thursday and Friday of this week. Football for All
Maree/Oranmore fc cater for players of all abilities and developing players too and this season as our service to our community we are commencing a Football For All Programme. The aim is to give players with various abilities between six and fourteen the opportunity to enjoy football. We are including areas such as wheelchair football, blind football, deaf football, special olympics. If you are interested you might send details with some basic info of your child and his area of interest to footballforallmareeoranmore@gmail.com. FAI Summer Camp
The club hosted FAI soccer camp held in Maree this week was a resounding success with close to 150 kids in attendance. Special thanks to our club camp coordinator Mike Quirke and our club volunteers who assisted the FAI staff in its organisation and implementation.
