The weather played havoc this past weekend for local community based club Maree/Oranmore fc kindly sponsored by the Galway Clinic with all club games falling foul of the very poor weather and resultant pitch conditions.
The need for the development of our long awaited club 4g pitch was never more apparent. Help your child and your local club and pay less than a fiver weekly for monthly cash prizes. Signup here http://www.mareeoranmorefc.ie/products

This Weekend's Games
This weekends big game is the sfai u12 cup game away to Midleton in Cork this Saturday, we wish this enthusiastic group of lads the very best.
The adult mens B team play Mervue B in Oranmore in the Connacht Shield while the u21s also on Sunday play Corrib Celtic away in Annaghdown.
There are also games for our two u14 boys sides and our u16 premier lads while the girls at u13 and u17 level play Oughterard afc and Kilshanvey Utd respectively.
Galway Youths
Well done to the Galway Youths side which contained four club players Shane Cox, Kody Mc Cann, Eoin Lyons and Adam Lally who defeated the Clare League 3-2 in Ennis on Saturday last to reach the National Quarter final.
Good luck to club coaches Ger Curran and Robert Hannan who look after the Galway and District League u15 side who play Cork in the National semi final on Sunday. Good luck to club players involved Ben Costelloe and Max Hawksley.
