As we look forward to the new season, MOFC would like to remind parents and players that the contact tracing form capability within the ClubZap application has been adopted as the standard for Club teams and will be introduced team by team as they return to matches and will replace the interim web form which has been in use to date.

Parents/Guardians and Adult players are asked to download the ClubZap app to their mobile device if they have not already done so. Details for parents/guardians on how to download and subscribe to their team and a guide for coaches on using ClubZap to support contract tracing have been created and can be accessed here.
