Maree/Oranmore fc wish to thank Fr Diarmuid Hogan P.P who took time out of his busy schedule to bless the club's splendid floodlit community 4G pitch in Maree last Saturday evening. Club player Katie Quirke presented Fr Diarmuid with a crested club top as thanks and to mark the special visit.

At present the club require funds to maintain and develop this excellent club facility for the youth of Maree and Oranmore. Our next steps are the installation of ball netting around the pitch and the resurfacing to provide a community walkway around the outside of the pitch. This requires funds and perhaps parents and community members might consider joining our Club Development Draw for the cheap cost of 4 euro weekly with a chance of generous cash prizes.
